Description
- Two components solvent free epoxy based compounds.
- It is used for industrial flooring as sealing compounds for pre-fabricated concrete parts, reinforcing iron floors or self leveling mortar.
- It provides a hard and tough film with long term durability.
- Has excellent abrasion, water and solvent resistance.
- The consistency of the compounds varies between liquid and viscous mixture.
- Recommended for coating areas requiring resistance to abrasion and corrosion such as offshore plants and high way bridges.
- It has extremely high mechanical strengths.
- It has chemical resistance.
- Can be applied at different thickness.

- Mixing ratio by volume: 2 : 1 (base:hardener)
- Volume Solid: 100 %
- Flash Point: >100ºC
- Pot Life (25°C): 50 min (drying and curing times are dependent on temperature).
- Cleaners: Thinner 603.
- Theoretical Spreading Rate at 500 μm: 2 L/m2.
- Film Thickness: 200-500 μm.
- Notes: using quartz filler different aggregates ratio 2 : 3 with Copoxy Floor S.F 474 for S.L mortar (by weight), Or using quartz filler different aggregates ratio 1 : 6 with Copoxy Floor S.F 474 for viscous mortar.
