Description
- Two components polyamine modified epoxy aluminum pigmented primer and coating.
- Self priming and surface tolerant to lower grade surface preparation.
- High solid with lowest solvent release.
- Good abrasion resistance.
- Excellent corrosion resistance.
- Compatible with most aged coatings.
- Good flexibility and flow properties.
- Resistance to splash of wide range of solvents and chemicals.
- Recoatable with epoxy , polyurethane and solvent acrylic products.
- Gloss: Eggshell.
- Colour: Aluminum (dark and light).
- Volume Solids, %: approx. 90 ±2 (ASTM D2697).
- Flash Point, ºC (Mix): >(42 ºC – 89.6ºF) closed cup.
- Mixing ratio, by volume: 75:25 (Base: Hardener).
- Pot Life, (at 25ºC): 3 hrs (reduced with increasing of temperature and mixing quantities).
- Heat resistance: Continuous: 90ºC, Non – continuous: 120ºC
- Recommended film thickness, μm: 75 - 250.
- Theoretical Spreading Rate at 75 μm d.f.t: 12 m2/L on smooth surface.
